Subject: [SGN] Italian fosmid ends available from SGN

Dear tomato sequencers and SGN users,

an additional 100,000 tomato fosmid end sequences are now available  
from SGN, sequenced by the group of Giorgio Valle at the University of  
Padua in Italy. The sequences are available from the clone search, FTP  
site and in the BLAST datasets. This complements a dataset of 100,000  
end sequences obtained earlier this year from the Sanger Wellcome  
Trust in Hinxton, Great Britain.
